AFM members who are contacted to perform for any engagements by Encore Series Inc. dba “The Philly POPS” please be aware that they are currently on the American Federation of Musicians International Unfair List.
As professional musicians, we must take a stand against employers who violate contractual agreements. It is unacceptable for any employer to withhold payment to musicians, payment to pensions, and payment for our union protections.
AFM members shall not render musical services for organizations, establishments, or people who have been placed on the International Unfair List.
Any member who violates this rule shall be subject to penalties in accordance with Article 11, Section 13 of the AFM Bylaws.
