Elections will be held for the following Chapter Officers:
President
Vice President
Secretary-Treasurer
Director (1)
Director (2)
Director (3)
Alternate Delegate to the National TMA Conference
All members in good standing may nominate multiple candidates willing to accept nomination. However, no member may be nominated for more than one office, except Alternate Delegate.
If there is no more than one nominee for each position, the nominees shall be declared elected by acclamation.
If an election is necessary, voting will commence immediately at the close of the Nominations Meeting via ElectionBuddy. Voting will be open for 24 hours. Officers will assume office upon notification immediately following the close of voting.
