Announces auditions for the following:

SECTION VIOLA

(Up to two positions may be offered)

PRELIMINARY/SEMI-FNlAL AUDITIONS
January 2 – 7, 2025

FINAL AUDITIONS
January 8, 2025

Employment will begin based on the winner’s availability and The Philadelphia Orchestra schedule.

Candidates advancing to the last round of our auditions may be considered for The Philadelphia Orchestra substitute list.

Please apply at philorch.org/auditions
no later than November 21. 2024.

Repertoire will be available on our website after November 15.

Complete audition information will be e-mailed by December 2, 2024

Please note The Philadelphia Orchestra does not provide travel, accommodations, or per diems to substitute musicians for rehearsals or performances taking place in Philadelphia
