REGULAR MEMBER: $365.00 + 2% = $372.30
Applicant is new to the AFM.
- Yearly Member Dues: $200.00
- AFM Federation Fee: $65.00 (one time)
- Local 77 Initiation Fee: $100.00 (one time)
STUDENT MEMBER: $100.00 + 2% = $102.00
Must be registered in an accredited school, college or university. When no longer a student, s/he converts to Regular member without additional fees. New student member applicants must include a copy of their school ID when submitting the application.

DUAL MEMBER: $300.00 + 2% = $306.00
Applicant is a current or former member of the AFM.

Applicants must be 20 years of age of younger.

Until we are able to digitally upload a fillable application, please print this application and work dues authorization out and mail it to our office immediately upon submission of your payment. Upon receipt of your materials, we will process your application.
